North Beach's new Basque restaurant Bask (42 Columbus) will be opening for real next week (hopefully Monday), pending city inspections. Co-owner Sabrina Thillard says they're keeping the menu under wraps for now, but they'll come out of the gate with lunch, happy hour, dinner and brunch. [EaterWire]
