COMING ATTRACTIONS — Ravi Kapur continues to sail with his Liholiho Yacht Club. The third series takes place at Citizens Band on May 14, 21, and 28 with a price of $65 (including tax and tip) for a family-style multi-course dinner. POP-UPS — The next edition of Rice Paper Scissors takes place at an undisclosed location and will be called the Com Ga Canteen. Valerie Luu and Katie Kwan are cooking up the Vietnamese dish com ga, a fried Cornish hen with red rice, with the help of a vertical drip fryer recently rescued from a Saigon garage, as well as challenge items like quail balut (fertilized eggs).
