Former Ubuntu chef Aaron London has a few thoughts on the hottest slice in town: "My opinion is that the best pizzas around are coming out of the oven at Oenotri in Napa. My favorite restaurant in the valley! Curtis [Di Fede] and Tyler [Rodde] take there pies incredibly seriously: from the sourcing of flour, to the wood, to the products, and even the oven that they had imported from Naples.
