According to Food & Wine the Mandarin Oriental's new Brasserie S&P is "soft-open" right now, pushing 34 different gins on the booze menu. Bar manager Priscilla Young encourages customers to mix-and-match to make their own martinis or gin-and-tonics. Her current favorite cocktail? "Indian Summer in Mt.
