Chris Cosentino's New Series Pork You

Pro-foie, pro-pig televangelist and chef Chris Cosentino is out to fix the "fucked-up-ness" of food TV these days with a new web series called Pork You, aimed at exploring the ways different cultures use the many parts of pig. According to Food Republic the Cosentino will start filming next month, and the show's six five-minute episodes will begin airing on YouTube channel Hungry in late July. Take a look at the trailer below, which includes a plug for Dynamo Donuts' apple bacon donut as a "great way to have bacon for breakfast," quality time between Cosentino and a pig carcass, and no cussing.
