1) Potrero Hill: The second, flagship Market & Rye will be opening at 300 De Haro on Monday. Unlike the first location, there will be breakfast and pre-made salads here, and now that former 1300 on Fillmore pastry chef Curtis McDonald is on board there will be Fruity Pebbles fruit tarts too. 2) The Mission : Mission sausage and pie joint Pig & Pie (2962 24th Street) is planning to soft-open on June 24. They'll be open until 1 a.m. on the weekends. [GrubStreet]

3) The Mission Extra: Another branch of Thai Idea vegetarian restaurant will be going into the former Siam Saigon space at Mission and 29th. [Mission Mission]

4) Polk Gulch: Fresh off opening pan-Asian Region on Steuart Street, Kiet Truong plans to open a Vietnamese restaurant called Conam in the former Tajine space on Polk. There will also be 14 beers on tap. [ISSF]

5) Union Square: Construction has begun on Top Chef: Just Desserts winner Yigit Pura's Tout Sweet pastry shop, going into the third floor of Macy's Union Square. [7x7, Facebook via GrubStreet]

6) Western Addition: The Mill cafe and toast bar from Four Barrel and Josey Baker will be opening some time in August. Tablehopper catches they'll be opening a teaser coffee cart and toast bar "any day now." [Tablehopper, JoseyBakerBread]

7) Embarcadero: Hopeful Tiffany & Co. of the wine business, Lark Creek's Wine & Wall opens Monday at One Market. Part wine bar, part retail wine shop, and part art gallery the wines will be paired to a short menu of bites curated by the One Market kitchen. [ISSF]

8) Berkeley: Sketch Ice Cream has been gone for three years now, but they'll be coming back in a new 1,400 square foot space at 2080 Fourth St. in mid-July reopening. Expect the beloved ice cream to return along with baked goods, candy and catering services this time around. [Berkeleyside]
