Bluestem's Two Head Chefs, X-Rated Snow Cones

CHEF SHUFFLES — Josh Lucas and Francis Hogan have been promoted from within to become the new co-executive chefs at Bluestem Brasserie (1 Yerba Buena). They've been there since the beginning and have just introduced a new salumi program that they've been working on for six months as their first collaboration in this shared role. [SFGate; EaterWire]

UNION SQUARE — Postrio (545 Post) plays host to its annual San Francisco Pride Soiree from 8 p.m. to midnight on June 22. Tickets are $35 at the door for an evening that includes X-Rated snow cones. [EaterWire]
