Two months ago, the Beretta team was thinking about calling their new Latin-themed spot in the former Medjool Ciudad. Now Tablehopper catches a Craigslist ad, which indicates they've landed instead on Lolinda—probably easier for most people to say and remember, right? There are also a few more clues about the concept. As you know, the restaurant will center around a wood-fired grill, pumping out food influenced by Latin America, Spain and Argentina. Now there's mention of small-to-not-so-small steaks and "appetizers and share plates that embraces the whole-animal consciousness prevalent in San Francisco's culinary world."

Since they're hiring now, the whole shebang may just be on target for its late summer opening, but our sources have hinted that owner and point person Adriano Paganini isn't ready to elaborate on much more just yet. If you'd like to join the team, now's your chance.
