Craftsman And Wolves To Open June 16th, MORE

1) The Mission: Craftsman & Wolves comes out with a planned opening day of June 16th. The press release reveals owner William Werner's "cube cakes will be the star, available as an individual bar and as a cube in servings of four." Possible flavors are Vietnamese cinnamon-chocolate-caramel; buttermilk-peach-smoked vanilla-granola; and raspberry-coconut-earl grey. Looks like they've decided on Sightglass coffee too. [EaterWire]

2) The Mission Extra: Beer-centric restaurant Abbot's Cellar is now looking at a mid-Julysummer opening. Chef Adam Duyle is currently working out the details of a menu inspired by the flavors in the restaurants 100+ beer list. [EaterWire]

2) Hayes Valley: The Hayes Valley Bakeworks project, which recently brought on DeLessio's head pastry chef, is a bit delayed: now looking at the week of June 18th as its potential opening window. [EaterWire]
