Hi Lo BBQ To Unleash The Smoker This Fall

New, 5 comments

Hi Lo BBQ, the regionally non-specific bbq joint on-the-way from the good men of Hog & Rocks, is ready to announce its target opening time. Remember chef-owner Scott Youkilis has already showed off his special 6,000 lb. smoker, and a rendering of the exterior, and now a recent Craigslist ad says they're new planned debut is sometime in Fall of 2012. Youkilis tells Eater it's looking like the end of October or early November as of now. For a refresher on the menu and build-out plans check out the Eater Archives, and take this as a last call for applications for the highly competitive GM, chef de cuisine and catering/events coordinator jobs. Apply now or forever hold your peace.
