Hi Lo BBQ, the regionally non-specific bbq joint on-the-way from the good men of Hog & Rocks, is ready to announce its target opening time. Remember chef-owner Scott Youkilis has already showed off his special 6,000 lb. smoker, and a rendering of the exterior, and now a recent Craigslist ad says they're new planned debut is sometime in Fall of 2012. Youkilis tells Eater it's looking like the end of October or early November as of now.
