Abbot's Cellar opens tonight for it's first dinner service on Valencia Street, and chef Adam Dulye has just passed on the first menu, which hasn't yet gone live on the website. Dulye will aim to change the menu often, with many dishes inspired by the flavor notes in some of the restaurant's 100 food friendly bottled beers. A look at tonight's menu is below.
