Protestors for The Eagle Tavern, SoMa's shuttered gay community center/bar, resurfaced on Sunday outside Foreign Cinema where an investor is involved in the new project taking over 398 12th Street. Eagle defenders are pushing for landmark status, while the former landlord has already signed a deal with the highest bidders, who had "no idea they were walking into this hornet's nest".
