l.jpgReplacing the now shuttered Elite Restaurant at 1535 Franklin St. is a Japanese joint that probably didn't have the budget for a naming expert: Kaka Udon. Despite what you'd think they're serving, the chef is making his own white flour noodles, which is quite an undertaking, and the first two Yelpers to the plate are talking about it's "Good portion/price" ratio and the volcano roll.
