Mikey Bow Wow only has two stars for Dixie, Joseph Humphrey's new upscale Southern-inspired Presidio mega-restaurant. He has an awful time with "impersonal" service, thinks the decor is too corporate, and the a la carte menu is all over the map: from "irresistible" deviled eggs to halibut that "had the texture of baby food."
