The grand opening for Farina Pizza is coming up on Monday, but that doesn't mean some soft-opening pizzas won't start flying out of the artisanal brick oven a bit sooner. One Eater commenter writes in with some early intel: "The Pizza, all of it--is priced at $15.00 and most menu items are reasonably priced..." Meanwhile, the powers that be over at Farina HQ have passed on an early menu. Starters include a "lightly fried pizza pie dressed with cherry tomatoes, fior di latte mozzarella, romano cheese, olive oil and basil," and there are ten pizza options to speak of. Four pastas are priced at $15, grilled meats at $25, and specials include a Maine lobster pasta and a $25 calzone that must be enormous. The full opening menu follows.
