Martin Yan's new 1,800 lb. cast iron bell is officially en route to M.Y. China HQ in the Westfield. It is way larger than a human, and double the weight of Hi Lo BBQ's mammoth smoker. Apparently the bell was too big to hang in the Chinese monastery it was intended for, but BCV Architects orchestrated a special structure to weld it to here, so Yan can host his own take on The Gong Show give it a good thwack when VIPs arrive.
