Soul Groove, The Crème Brûlée Shop, MORE—Now Open

Sift%20California%20Street.jpg1) Pac Heights:- The opening of the Sift Cupcake and Dessert Bar, which has frosting shots ("buy a round for your friends!") and cupcake shakes on its menu, is happening on Wednesday. They'll also have a full cereal bar with oatmeal every weekday starting at 7 a.m. [EaterWire]

2) Tenderloin: Soul Groove's fried chicken-and-waffle sandwiches now have a permanent home at 422 Larkin Street (at Golden Gate). The menu is going to expand, but most items will still include waffles. [Tablehopper]
