La Boulange pastries started showing up at two SF Starbucks' locations this week, and San Francisco magazine asks some customers if they're as good as the usual La Boulange goods. There's some love for the French hot dog and a plain croissant, but a Hayes Valley designer doesn't dig the new blueberry muffin: "These aren't as good as the ones at the La Boulange near my apartment. Those seem larger to me. I liked the old blueberry muffin. It had the crumbles on top." [San Fran Mag]
