The Ecco Caffe looking to enter Potrero Hill will now be the first San Francisco outpost of Chicago-based Intelligentsia coffee. Owner Director of Marketing Stephen Morrisey, who acquired Ecco in 2009, says Intelligentsia San Francisco will be "unlike any of our other coffee bars," and the Ecco name will live on as a line of coffee called The Ecco Project.
