Salumeria%20Sandos.jpgHere is some feedback on all five of the sandwiches served on a sample day at Salumeria: a braised trotter sandwich with salsa verde ($9), eggplant, hummus, feta ($9), leg of lamb on a pretzel roll ($11), sopressa and capicola on foccacia ($10), and hen (a.k.a. chicken) ballontine with avocado mayo ($9). The last two seem to be the favorites. Have a Salumeria experience to share? Do so in the comments, or the tip jar, please. [Serious Eats]
