Starbucks has acquired Evolution Fresh, and now that they've started to roll out in Washington State, a tip over the EaterWire marks the juice bar's SF beginnings: "the coffee bean on fillmore/sacramento (2201 Fillmore) closed a few months ago, and yesterday i saw this notice [for Evolution Fresh] posted for whats to come. seems like an uber healthy juice/snack/lunch bowl spot [sic]" [EaterWire]
