A month after the Alice Waters menu dropped, the Chinatown Hilton has pinched off a Coffee Shack at Kearny and Washington. Here, you can get coffee for a dollar and an entire menu of breakfast and lunch things (breakfast burrito, build-your-own bratwurst, salads, sandwich wraps, house made spiced pork rice bowl) for under $6.
