Marina sushi staple Ace Wasabi (est. 1995) has slowly but surely been sneaking never-before-seen healthy upgrades onto its menu: diners can now sub quinoa for the rice in any sushi roll (pictured, right), roasted spicy pepper ponzu for aioli, and grilled shrimp for tempura.
