The crazy moving of tree branches and decor features has taken up the last week at AQ restaurant, as the owners get ready to unveil the new seasonal Autumn interior design today at 5:30 p.m. The major features will resemble the restaurant's look from Fall of last year, "but better!" says owner Matt Semmelhack (pictured, above): red and orange tones, copper bar tops, changing leaves, and "hipster plaid" shirts for the servers.
The menu format, however, is getting a more significant overhaul. Chef/partner Mark Liberman will release a new 7-course, $68 tasting menu today, along with optional $45 beverage pairings for each course. The tasting menu will change every week, and the rest of the a la carte options will change three times this season. Take a first look at the full brand new tasting menu and extensive a la carte options below.
