Tacolicious just announced the first bout of guest chefs who plan to make tacos for their Thursday Farmer's Market stall through fall, and the lineup is a head exploder! On the schedule are Jake Godby of Humphry Slocombe, Adam Dulye of Abbot's Cellar and—power move— Christopher Kostow of Meadowood, making a taco of smoked and roasted lobster mushrooms, Rancho Gordo bean puree, and seaweed salsa, and a.k.a the chance to eat Mexican food prepared by a chef with three Michelin stars.
