The indie vendor assemblage spans the unfamiliar to the tried and true: Frozen Kuhsterd, Nosh This' bacon crack, raw food from Rawdaddy, gluten-free soul food from Grease Box, Good Foods Catering's pulled pork, Grilled Cheese Guy, "Italian eats with a twist" from newcomer, Raavling, and more.
