As Four Barrel owner Jeremy Tooker moves forward on The Mill (736 Divisadero), his plans to open another Four Barrel in Portola come to light. Come November, the kiosk should be up and running on an 800 square foot plot of land. Tooker picked the location for specific reasons: "We're saving the Four Barrel name for developing neighborhoods that reach out to us and really want it." [ISSF]
