POTRERO HILL — The second location of Ryan Scott's Market & Rye (300 De Haro) is expanding into the space next door; the remodel should be done by early 2013. Looks like a monogamous thing since he's also sold his food trucks and folded the 3-Sum Eats name. [ISSF]
