CHOW VP and editor-in-chief Jane Goldman was guest judge on last night's Top Chef Masters, and says most of the competition is legit. The clock is really ticking, chefs are kept separate from judges, and they don't get to rehearse feedback about the food. The only thing "fudged"? Curtis Stone's gap-filling commentary: "[he] has to be looking in the right direction and introducing the right people and so sometimes needs to do a couple of takes." [CHOW]
