The opening of Hi Lo, the new Mission BBQ spot from Scott Youkilis of Hog & Rocks and Maverick fame, has been pushed two weeks, from January 21st to February 4th. As previously reported, the project features cocktails from Scott Beattie and food from Broken Record alum Ryan Ostler, who isn't letting the delay affect his 'cue technique: "If all goes according to plan, we'll be firing up Precious, our 6700# beauty of a smoker today to do some fine tuning," he said in a tweet.
