2200%20Market%20Rendering_opt.jpgThere's now a hole, fence, and a fetching new wall of graffiti on the property where Mexican restaurant Leticia's (2200 Market) once stood. The restaurant shuttered in 2011 and the site is now the future home of a five-story building with 22 residential units. Space for two commercial units has also been designated, but there's no word yet on whether one of them might end up being occupied by a new restaurant. [EaterWire/Curbed]
