Examiner reviewer Jesse Hirsch gets swept away by romance at Arabian Nights (2345 Mission St). Despite its underwhelming outward appearance and seemingly uninspiring menu, the restaurant's food makes him a believer: the "airy, creamy" hummus is "like an awakening," "all the grilled meats are excellent," and the kafta kabobs are "soft and adeptly spiced." The newly-converted fan of Lebanese cuisine promises to return to the "appealing and romantic dining spot." [Examiner]
