Pastry chef Michelle Polzine, formerly of Range, will be giving us a sneak preview of her upcoming 20th Century Cafe. Beginning February 3rd from 11 a.m. - 2 p.m., she'll be selling all kinds of baked goodness at State Bird Provisions, as well as coffee and jams. The pop-up runs each Sunday until March 3, and her Hayes Valley brick-and-mortar cafe is slated to open by early summer. [ISSF]
