If you're interested in earning your black belt in snarfing BBQ, consider joining up with the San Francisco celebrants of the annual Meat Week, which started yesterday and goes through Sunday. Every night this week, the Meat Week crew will hit up a local BBQ purveyor en masse, eventually selecting an all-around champion and awarding secondary prizes for sauces, sides, and atmosphere.
