Jesse Hirsch takes his Steely Dan roadie-look-alike friends to Bubble Lounge, where he liked the "French tapas" okay, but he wouldn't suggest trying to get a full meal. The revamped menu from former Bocadillos/Piperade chef Bob Petzold includes "pleasant diversions" like curried deviled eggs, Alsatian tart, croque madame, and chocolate pain perdu, but: "Be warned: Everything is tiny, not just the small plates.
