Her many ordering recs include pancake w/beef, chicken soup, and—the favorite—whole fish, ordered sans red chili: "moist inside, coated with moderate spice outside, reminiscent of the spectacular blackened red fish invented...by New Orleans chef Paul Prudhomme."
