Coco500 executive chef Michael Morrison, who, along with chef-owner Loretta Keller, notched three stars from Bauer this year, is on the move. After five and a half years with Keller, he's headed back to work with Hiro Sone as the executive chef of Ame, where he was last a sous chef in 2006. As of this week, Morrison is now installed at Ame, and Keller is back in the kitchen at Coco500, where she's concocting some new fall dishes; no word on who'll eventually join her there.
