Yaron Milgrom and Jake Des Voignes' mini-empire surrounding 24th Street now has a fourth component: in addition to restaurants Local: Mission Eatery and Local's Corner and forthcoming grocery Local: Mission Market, Milgrom will be taking over Jefferson Market at 22nd and Florida and turning it into Local Cellar, a shop selling locally made beer and wine, craft spirits, and cocktail supplies. The sale was the idea of owner Ibrahim Muhawieh, who's run the store for almost 50 years; it should open early next year. [Inside Scoop]
