There's a new wine bar en route to 678 Geary in the Tenderloin, where Justin Beem and Daniel Brooker will bring their experience as managers at Vin Debut to bear. Called Resolute, the new spot will focus on educating drinkers on up-and-coming and little-known wines, accompanied well as cheese, charcuterie and classic snacks like olives and nuts.
