FISHERMAN'S WHARF—Government shutdown woes that brought the Cliff House to its knees also cancelled Fleet Week, and Fisherman's Wharf restaurants took a big loss after what's usually one of the most lucrative weekends of the year. A "Wharf Fest" on October 26th and 27th is planned to help make up for the loss. [KTVU]
