Beer Here!

This week saw the announcement of the Great America Beer Festival's 2013 winners, and the Bay Area took home some high honors, including a gold medal for Speakeasy's Prohibition Ale and silver medals for Russian River Brewing's Sanctification and Drake's Brewing Co.'s Black Robusto Porter. Speakeasy also took home the coveted Best Booth Award by recreating their taproom with reclaimed wood, a corrugated roof, and period costumes. [SF Weekly]
