Change is afoot at Comstock Saloon, where opening chef Carlo Espinas has departed. Taking over is chef Ronnie New, a Bar Crudo and Range alum who's most recently been running the kitchen at Magnolia. New plans on implementing a new menu at the end of November, and there'll be a distinct gastropub feel: think oysters on the half shell, housemade sausage and charcuterie, and fried chicken.
