It seems that the weekend dinner pop-up is now de rigueur: first Chaparral, now Kinfolk, a project from chef Greg Lutes of Waterfront and Skates on the Bay. When nights falls on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays, Kinfolk will appear inside Cortland Avenue's 903, offering
