Yeezy Wire

Kanye West had been popping up at SF restaurants a lot of late, which now makes sense in light of his lavish proposal to Kim Kardashian at AT&T Park. But one chef didn't have time to be a part of the big Kanye-Kim moment: Bruce Hill of Fog City, who was recommended to the couple by Mario Batali, turned them down because he was expecting Michael Bauer at the restaurant. (Bon Appetit Management Co. did the catering instead.) And yes, now even the Chron is admitting in its own pages that Bauer isn't anonymous. Update: For his part, Bauer says he hasn't been to Fog City as of yet. [Chron]
