Julius' Castle, the landmark Telegraph Hill restaurant that's been closed since 2008, made headlines yesterday when it caught fire. But not only will Julius' rebuild after the minor blaze, it will become a restaurant again: local Paul Scott is plotting a major renovation, after which he plans to partner with a still-TBD restaurant group to turn the Castle back into a special-occasion destination.
