Embarcadero mainstay Butterfly has launched a new takeout arm, Pan Grill Sandwich Shop, out of the south side of its building. Open 11 am-3 pm, Wednesday-Sunday, the shop serves Japanese-inspired sandwiches on a fluffy, bao-like milk bun, with filling choices like pork katsu, kimchi pulled pork, and chicken tsukune meatball.
