After its run-in with the Health Department last week, Lers Ros Hayes is now back in business. The Department, which shut down the restaurant on Friday for numerous violations that included a cockroach infestation, says the team fully addressed the issues, and the entire place has gotten a steam-clean to boot. Owner Tom Silargorn was contrite, telling Inside Scoop that the restaurant has "now improved all said conditions … Rest [assured] that this will not happen again." [Inside Scoop]
