As the controversy around Time's lack of inclusion of female chefs in its "Gods of Food" issue continues to sizzle, the Eater National team catches up with six stars of the food world (including Anna Weinberg of Marlowe, Park Tavern, and The Cavalier) to discuss the lack of representation. One of the many thought-provoking quotes, from Weinberg: "We are used to working 18, 19, 20-hour days, and I have a seven-month old baby....Men can travel all around the whole world, and more of that kind of thing.
