After a few months at Mission wine bar 20 Spot, Anthony Paone has left the building to go open up the revamped Kenwood Restaurant up in Sonoma County. Taking his place is Caleb Jones (most recently of Claudine), who's altered the menu to offer more shareable, medium-sized plates like broccoli di ciccio soup and hamachi crudo with leeks. 20 Spot doesn't have a stove, so everything's done on induction burners and with an immersion circulator.
