Tak's Fried Chicken; Super Friends at Alchemist

MARINALightning Tavern welcomes a new pop-up tonight from chef Tak Matsubara, formerly of Japantown's Bushi-Tei. Tak's Place will be a Monday night fixture at the bar, and will showcase Tak's obsession with creating the perfect fried chicken sandwich, complete with daikon, mizuna, radish slaw, and Kewpie-yuzu mayo.
